Yes, to nobody’s surprise, I have cruise plans, and I absolutely cannot wait! I'm sailing two Carnival cruises in the second half of 2026, and both have spots open. Whether you want a fall getaway or a Christmas on the Caribbean, I've got you covered.
Here's what's happening:
Cruise #1 — Carnival Breeze
September 26 – October 1, 2026 | 6 Nights
Fall is one of the best times to cruise! The summer crowds have thinned out, the weather is gorgeous, and six nights is the sweet spot for a trip that feels like a real vacation without eating up all your PTO. Carnival Breeze is a classic ship that delivers everything you love about Carnival: great food, live entertainment every night, waterslides, and enough to do that you never feel like you're running out of things but never feel like you have to do any of it either.

Cruise #2 — Carnival Dream
December 19 – 27, 2026 | 8 Nights | From Galveston, Texas
Eight nights in the Western Caribbean over Christmas. Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Montego Bay.. and 🥁 Christmas Day spent at sea ✨, which might just be the best possible way to spend December 25th. No cooking, no shopping malls, no cold weather. Just the ocean and a whole lot of good vibes.
Sailing out of Galveston means no flights for most of the South; just drive, park, and board. For Texas and Louisiana families especially, this is as easy as a cruise gets logistically.
Pricing for a family of 4:
- Interior cabin — $3,457 total / $500 deposit
- Balcony cabin — $4,199 total / $500 deposit
- Both include $25 onboard credit
